I love Dr Sussman and I have been going to him for years but my experience today was horrible. Danielle and Stephanie at the Hagan ranch office had the biggest attitude with me because I was not aware or told to bring my insurance card with me. Danielle (with so much attitude) informed me I should carry my insurance card with me everywhere I go. Stephanie said she was the manager got up in the middle of the conversation and told me "and you could get out". Being a patient with Dr. Sussman since I was 17 years old I have never in my life been this disrespected.
I have yet to actually meet Dr. Sussman. I believe it was his niece who performed my pap. At the time I had bv, which by the look on her face and the tone of her voice, I could tell there was some sense of judgment. I judge myself enough, I don't need to pay a doctor to do the same. This doctor's office came highly recommended. After trying two locations, I'm not sure why.
Dr. Sussman is a great Dr. He delivered my daughter and saw me throughout my pregnancy. I really do like him! My biggest complaint is the wait time. I would always try to get the first appointment of the day and still had an average wait time of 30 mins. If I got a later appointment, it would be like 45 minutes. Then you spend about 5 mins with the Dr. other than that, his office is clean & the staff is nice
This place is awesome I've been coming here since I was 18 now I'm 25 I really love the staff especially Dr. Sussman he's a great doctor.
I called one month ago to get a refund that I AM OWED because my insurance ended up paying for a procedure that I paid out of pocket for in the office. They said the doctor was out and they would call me when he was in. One more week, no call. So I call again and ask. "Office manager" answers chewing loudly on the phone like a disgusting cow and says she'll talk to the doctor. I had to call three more times just to get her to talk to the doctor. Then the next day she calls me back again to tell me he approved the refund with a huge attitude ready to fight. She's says I should be thankful (ummm.. for what?) and that she's going to mail me the check but OF COURSE she didn't. One month later and I call and she didn't even send it, and now I have to wait another week for the doctor to be in. I don't need all this hassle and all this attitude.
