I am a certified hand therapist for 35 years. I worked with 8 hard surgeons from NY to south Florida. Dr Incorvaia removed a tumor from my hand . I saw amazing results for 5 years that I worked for him until I retired.
It is so sad. I don't understand. Horrible office team. No one was nice and want to treat people bad. How come that the doctor is listing as provider under one of the Obama Care insurance and now the don't want to accept it. Besides I told them to please would like to talk with the doctor and put me in hold for 25 minutes and later repeat the same as script. Doctor Angelo Incorvaias, did you know about it? Did you really don't care your patients? Di you aware or care these comments? I met you long time ago and recommended to you to my family and we had receive different treatment. Now I recommended an other family member and the treatment is unacceptable. No respect and wants to treat people like Dum!! Corny and all your staff are wrong and treated people bad. No customer Service Skills at all. So sad and embarrass.

Dr Incorvaia has always treated me with courtesy and respect. He is currently treating my wrist. His office staff were very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable, my office wait wasn't extremely long. I feel very pleased with the care I have been receiving.
