Helpful staff! Great value for first time pet owner
Ok so although I do mostly shop at the petsupermarket next to my house that I absolutely adore i did have a very good experience inside this petsmart today that may have gained my buisness more regularly. Jason helped me out and really helped me find the best dog food possible gor my pups. Took everything I said into consideration and I am really happy with the product. More happy than I anticipated being before going in. Although the dog food is more expensive than I usually pay it is well worth it. Jason was very knowledgeable about the products and made me feel very welcomed. And for this. We will deffinamtly be back.
I was looking at pet carriers and saw one that was the right size for $59.99. This one was obviously used because it was put together (the others were not), the cardboard price tags were removed and inside the carrier and there was a good amount of dog hair inside it. I asked if a discount was possible being it had been used. I was told that it was not used. I was told that it was taken directly from the stock room and placed on the shelf. The manager said I could not get a discount. I'm not worried about the money, it's the principal. I have worked in retail for many years and this was terrible service. I put back all of the products I selected. I won't shop there ever again. I went to Pet Supermarket later.
Store had everything I needed, but when it came to checking out one of the cashiers left a lot to be desired with his interpersonal skills. Several of us experienced a rude attitude and went to another cashiers.
