I love that this facility is in the Renaissance Commons complex with its attractive appearance and such, yet is still competitively priced with the average self-storage place.

UPDATE!! I had trouble accessing my unit after hours, and Gary went out of his way to come back and assist me, all with a smile on his face and an unbeatably friendly demeanor. Can't thank him enough. Great experience so far!!
The staff at Renaissance Self Storage are great!! The facility is clean, safe and secure. The loading area is covered making it convenient to load and unload especially when weather conditions aren't ideal. The manager Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we explained our storage needs to Gary, he suggested better storage choices that remained within our storage budget. During our last visit we misplaced our entry key and Gary went beyond the call of duty to help us find it. This type of customer service is impeccable!!
