Best watch repair service I have ever experienced. After several attempts to repair my watch it developed a very strange symptom.Every time I put it on my wrist it stopped working. I finally disputed the repair charge with my credit card company. Within days I received a call from the president of the comapny. When I explained the circumstance to him he made an unbelieveable offer. He refunded my repeir cost in full and asked that I return the watch to be repaired at NO COST. After 2 more attempts they found the problem and repaired the watch at ne charge.Since the original cost of the repair was several hundred dollars I found this much more than anyone should expect.
