They items in the ad that weren't in the store and I asked four employees who all were Clueless. .
Fantastic sales and met the nicest people. Everyone was excited over the items they were buying at such amazing prices, even got one free after the rebate.
Always loved this dept. store chain. Love the clothes and everything else in the store. Shopped there 4 the past 50 plus years. Great discounts when they have a sale.

Have always loved shopping at Macy's, my favorite store for years. However this store, you get no help at all. There is never anyone at registers, and nobody in the departments. They will all go the other way, and if you call, they will pretend not to hear even if you yell. They dont want to help you even if they are at a register. You can definitely forget them ever showing you where anything is. They will point, if you find a live body to do that. Really the worst customer service I've ever had in a Macy's store. I've shopped aton of them all over the United States, believe me. Lived in Texas and Ohio and Minnesota. I've shopped them all between here and there and all the states I've visited , plus ordered online for over 30 years. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! RUDE ALSO.
