Amazing customer service. My sell representatives I don't recall her name now help me through every step. She also help me get an amazing deal with the credit card. She did such a great job by explaining everything of the sale also by explaining me how everything works. I had such an amazing experience I recommend this store location for every person that's trying to get sport appeals.
I used to visit this store at least once a week but I stopped. Children clothing selection is poor especially for toddlers and bigger girls. That department needs a serious clean up, it's so messy and hard to find anything. The home department is like a dumping ground, It is guaranteed to find last year Easter stuff (such as candies) in that department. Some of the staff are nice and helpful. Overall i wouldn't recommend them due to their clothes/shoes selections for kids
I visited the store with two crying babies desperately trying to find appropriate clothing for a family of 5 to wear to an out of town funeral. The staff was so helpful and understanding. They assisted me with my many requests and even helped calm the children. I know it's a nuisance to have crying children in your store but there are occasions when it cannot be avoided and they were so kind and helpful.
Staff tends to know what they are doing and store is normally clean. Prices are kept high expecting you to use coupons. Shop wisely, much of their items can be bought elsewhere or even online for cheaper.
I was looking for some inexpensive jewerly to dress up a regular outfit from drab to spectacular. Lots of places were depleted. Kohl's had tons of great choices. My mom favorite was the red bird jewerly i loved the rich jewel tone stones in all colors.
