Traveling from Orlando, stopped in with my cousin to grab a bite before heading back. Kat AND Nick, must have been having a bad day because their customer service was terrible. Had questions about the menu and Kat did not have the patience to answer them and rudely directly me to the menu, where what I asked for was not posted. Asked Nick if they had LIQUID Kane syrup and he kept interrupting me asking if I wanted Ketchup??? Very unprofessional. I won't be back to that location ever again.
This is the worst Panera in the area. It's always a mess in the dinning area, and outside is filthy with rats running around at night. Getting a sandwich correct is near impossible if you want any change from the way the book tells them how to make it. I prefer the Panera out east on Woolbright, but find myself out here with few other choices. I think this one needs a new manager. M
I am positive this location is serving everyone almost half the portion of food then almost everyother location and cheating everyone for what they are paying for. Over the last few months while working in different areas I noticed the Panera I would eat at gave the proper portions. The soup bowl has a fill line and this location gives you almost half that. Sandwiches are layered as should be, this location puts as little as possible to just get by. The salads at other locations where full, this location makes you ask for more cause it's such a small amount. Then the reviews are not real. most of the good 5star reviews are just friends of people that work there and hang out all day taking up seats in the place never ordering any food. I noticed faces from other reviews while sitting in this location. It's very annoying that no one does anything about it. They are also loud and obnoxious.
Now I am sure that this place serves everyone almost half the amount of portion then what is supposed to be served! Over the last few months while working in different areas, I have stopped in at 8 other Panera. The portions are set by corporate. The soup bowls have a fill line. Sandwiches are layered properly and salads are full. At this Canyon location they are serving everyone almost half as much as every other Panera. I found 1 other location doing the same and believe it may be the same owners or manager over seeing and training the staff to shorten the portions.
This Panera location seems to never have it together. Every time I do a rapid pick up order there is something missing from the bag. I just went to pick up a rapid pick up order and I walk in and it’s not even sitting on the pick up shelf when they had more than enough time to prepare it. The store was not even busy. It was basically empty. Finally the guy behind the counter hands me the bag and It was missing the baguette that comes with the soup. So I asked for it. I get home with my order and discover that the croutons that come with the tomato soup are also missing and there were no utensils in the bag. I don’t understand how you can forget to put all these things in the bag when the store isn’t even busy! I’m afraid of what would happen if they were actually busy! The people who work at this location just don’t care.
