Made Alaska cruise reservations with my family through Sand & C. Their focus after the sales was getting you to sign their release and once you did that you were on your own. My sister asked them to help arrange a van for all of us to get from the airport to the hotel. Their response via voice mail .... do it yourself. When we arrived st the hotel, we were asked to place the tags we received from our travel agent on our bags. Oooooops, they never sent them to us. You can do much better than these people - find another agent!
