Gina Matilla is the most experienced bank-owned Realtor in South Florida. She has built an amazing reputation in this industry over the last few decades. I have also worked with Megan and Wendy Jankun at Mega Real Estate and have been equally impressed with their work.
Do not deal with MEGA Real Estate Services!
MEGA Real Estate Services was representing a seller, HSBC Mortgages. They requested 3k cashier's check with my offer, which I brought. The check was cashed by the buyer, HSBC Mortgages, but offer was NOT accepted within the specified time before our offer expired.
Totally unacceptable practice. Basically, this is a theft.
Month later I still waiting for this earnest money check!
