Workers at this post office do best to keep lines small. There are three windows and I know many times the lines are long. I give them credit because they're still nice to deal with.
I have called 3 days in a row about 22 times a day between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm and no one answers the phone. I desperately need answer to a question about where they left a package. It says Parcel Locker but not where that Parcel Locker is located. Please someone answer the phones.
Some are good but most seem to lack basic customer service skills such as a friendly greeting, speaking so you can understand them and spelling. They deal with a predominantly old and Northeast resident clientele who are often times difficult. The Post Office on Boynton Beach Blvd near Congress is a better facility with respect to the service and staff.
Brian helped me how ever he could with a smile on his face. This guy cares about the customers!
