As a business owner and a Doctor I am a stickler for good customer service and that is EXACTLY what Rosie provided. Without being aware of any of my credentials she provided me with customer service that was fast and thorough. Rosie pays close attention to detail and goes out of her way to make sure that the property is secure. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and I am thankful that my experience here was such a pleasant one. I was able to get what I needed and move my things in, while having my 4 year old tagging along with me. A seemingly daunting Saturday morning task was quickly turned into a delightful encounter thanks to Rosie.

I would love to have a person like Rosie working for me and the world would definitely be a better place.
To my surprise I was greeted when I walked up to the building and walked into a very clean waiting room and office. I was asked how can I can help you. What size are you looking for. Rosie was on top of it all with a beautiful personality and spirit. She drove me out to look at the storage unit. It was very clean and just the right size. We had a few laughs and made the time go by very fast. Then I was back into the office and wrote up the contract. I left feeling that I found the right place and that my things would be safe.
