I have never used the coin machines but their dry clean services are absolutely terrible. The older hispanic gentleman is the one who I dealt with and he has no clue what customer service is. He assumed that I only brought 1 dress in when I came back in over a week later to pick up 3. After we went back and forth for several minutes he FINALLY checked the computer to look up my order and it did say I had dropped off 3 dresses. When I inspected my one dress there was still a stain on the hem that he said he could get out. When I said I wanted it taken care of he said I would have to leave the dress for ANOTHER week. I decided to just take it with me but still had to pay for it. When I said I would never be back in his establishment he said, "That's fine." Nice customer service, huh? To make matters worse when I got home I found holes in 2/3 dresses.
I have been a regular customer at Causeway Coin Laundry for almost 20 years. When I didn't have a washer & dryer in my home, I enjoyed doing my laundry in the store. It is clean and the staff and owner are friendly and personable. Now, I use their quality washing service with fair pricing and quick turnaround. As long as I live in the area, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I would recommend NEVER going here for dry cleaning services. It's expensive ($28 for 3 dresses) do a HORRIBLE job, do not care if you are satisfied with your garments and ruin your clothes.

My washer at home broke... sucks, but what sucks worse is this place. MACHINES SUCK. Ran two loads, one machine left clothes SOAKED!!! Attendent had me move clothes to another machine... yes she comped me to run another 30 minute load.. BUT THEN she walked away. I had to ask her to put a tag "out of order" on the machine. ALSO pay attention to the dryer settings... they default to WARM. Another patron had problems with wet clothes in a different washer, attendent didnt do a thing. As I write this the attendent has not moved for over 25 minutes.. she's been siiting on her duff, eyes glued to her cell phone. They don't care here, I suggest u go where they do care. Oh it's 9:07 pm, they close in 20 mins... guess who finally got her butt. I suggest you spend your money and do business where equipment works correctly and they care.. ohh, she's back on her duff again.
