I love the fact that I can always talk to someone there. They are a busy office but will always call you back even afterhours and on the weekends. Love the fact that they work around your schedule and will come to you. I have had them a long time and they are great! Just referred by boyfriend..:)
Shame! Shame! Never go to this agency! If you would buy insurance from them, then cancel it, they will report to DMV. DMV will suspend your license.
I really have never had a problem with this agency. From time to time I do get their voicemail, but they always call back promptly and take care of my issues right away.
