I will never go to genesis again for as long as I live. I would rather die first. The medical staff was ok, but the receptionist was so brutally nasty and rude. I had lost my job, meaning also my health insurance, and she said to me she would rather not have to deal with bums like me. I guess I wasn't good enough for their "community clinic". And years before when I did have insurance, they kept filling out the claim wrong, even though I explained they needed to put the clinic doctor as principal, they over and over sent the form back with a nurses name, and the ins. carrier kept rejecting it. Then stupid Genesis sent me to a collection agency because of their idiot mistake. It was probably that nitemare of a receptionist that treated me like garbage. Good luck dealing with these people. They're nasty and incompetent.
I never understand why do you need to make an appointment 2 weeks ahead if they still make you wait 2 hours every single time! My health insurance is really sucks ! The diductible is so high i cannot afford doctors . I am a caucasian female, forigner ,highly educated but my recent position is acward because we are challanged financially ! Just because i cannot afford optimal health care or insurance and genesis for low income humans, i do not think you should be treated rude , poorly and anfair!! After my arrival 5 more person arrived and they all have been called before and they were still made me waiting!
