I left without accomishing what I went for. Very disorganized. Staff needs better training on customer service.
I just tried calling 3 TIMES to this location. I was disconnected twice and placed on hold and forgotten the third. Just because I’m s customer on the phone doesn’t make me any less worthy of acknowledgement than if I were face to face at the store. They are rude. It’s like walking away from a customer or closing a door in their face. They obviously do not value my business. But hey. That’s fine. I can get online deals and warranties from Squaretrade are just as good. So Best Buy can suck it.
The young man who helped me today was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with somebody that had the knowledge of each TV that we discussed
Terrible customer service over the phone. Waited 8 minutes to talk to a customer service representative, and when I finally was able to talk to an associate she refused to help me saying that her staff was “too busy” to help me. Incredibly rude.
Raymond in the computer section was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and does not push products on you! He was patient with me and answered all my questions in reference to the surface laptop. I bought it that day from him because he was so informative about the laptop. He is excellent! Just ask for him.... He is professional and doesn't have an attitude at all. The original person I first made contact with in that department was a woman....who totally brushed me off & literally pointed out where the laptop was from 8ft away and didn't walk me over to the laptop section. Had she been more interested in her job ...she would've got a sale BUT RAYMOND came over to me after he finished helping another customer... without me asking. He offered his assistance and I'm glad I interacted with him! Ask for Raymond he is awesome
