Wondered into the Trek store the other day to look at getting a new bike. First person I talked to was Billy he stopped working on the bike he was servicing and helped me right away. I ended up with a new Trek Dual Sport 3. Awesome bike and great service. Highly recommend.
I have bought 3 bikes and have sent numerous family and friends over to see Billy at Trek Bicycle. Always a friendly, and clean atmosphere. The staff is always on point and very knowledgeable, from the basics, to the most cutting edge technology and techniques. I will most definitely be going back and will continue sending my own their way.

Worst experience ever,,went for quick tune,asked if I could have rim trued a little,after him telling me it wasn't bad. Could be tire, then he ends up bending my rim. Saying that how it was, it' better! Now!! I'll be filing a complaint with better business,also have video pulled of how rim.was prior to you guys ruining it!!!

Best bike shop in town. Billy, Chris and the staff are first class all the way. I've bought 6 bikes over the years from them and plan to buy my next bike there too. They know what they're doing and explain everything very well. You won't be "sold" on anything you don't need. Whether it's a routine flat tire or a full on ProjectOne bike, Billy and the crew will get it done. Just an example of the quality staff, one time I was in there for a bike fitting, got pretty hungry and Billy happened to have a Snickers bar there ready to go just in case. That's the type of care and quality you just don't find anymore. So mega thanks to the entire crew!
