ABSOLUTELY THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER
IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
Went to get my nails done for my birthday, was pretty much ignored the whole time, nails were just painted okay and nothing else, i bought an add on with my mani pedi wanting a nice time and nail treatment and did not receive, the people talking at bar got better service and was left sitting alone a good portion of time and nails rushed thru. Will not be going back.
I WENT TO GET MY NAILS DONE A DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY AND THIS GUY RUINED MY NAILS COMPLETELY .HE RUSHED MY NAILS. I ASKED FOR OMBRÉ AND GOT PINK AND GLITTER THROWN ON MY NAILS. IT LOOKED LIKE TRASH. YOU COULD TELL HE RUSHED IT. HE DID NOT TAKE HIS TIME . I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PICTURES TO SHOW YOU. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
I decided to try this new salon after driving past it so many times in Boynton Beach. I had a mani-pedi that was so relaxing, They are super nice and welcoming. It was so relaxing that I didn't want it to end.
Nice place to enjoy and relax from a crazy day at work. It is very quiet place. The people work very well. They offer wine beer....
:( :( THUMBS DOWN. WOW. I truly loved the place, BUT & However, pure DISAPPOINTMENT!! My wife, who waited a month since we moved here from Boca, & I needed a trim. 1st, my wife's nails, are not nails done- as not 1, accept one thumb, went past her fingertip. By the way, I have a picture & video showing the date, that thumb, broke the next day, broke. ??? I can see 2-3 weeks or a week if your doing housework or something happened, but she was just driving. We went in having to leave the same day for an event 6 hrs away, she was asked the length & color, & she chose & said med but not short med more long the longer side if not exact.The way they were done she could have, prob should have painted her nails only, at home, if she wanted just color & NO nail. Ill show pics, pls await. They re just now, from the 26th of Oct., starting to go over her skin. The manager apologized, the nails techs next to her all apologized, & helped her find a different loud color so that at least the nails might be noticed, and was told no worries next time we are going to take care of you & give you nails w/more apologies. The girl who did her nails knew she messed up big time but I also know with acrylic she could have built the nails up some or a lot, but anything! (why not this time before paying?) Regardless, the girl did not speak to her & she realized it was bc she did not speak English. We tried to ask her for square, she said okay, they were all round, as in very very round. Then she asked please, pls pls make them square & point at the edge as she requested, nope, no way and no, ail left to even work with..I'm at a loss here. She also knew this was a big deal, she had filed and drilled them away, and both hands were uneven, never checked them together, & the other tech told her that he will fix it when she' back come in. He had just finished doing an awesome crazy job that looked fanatic (med in length too) on another customer. Anyway, it gets worse but the fact remains not even an offer to fix it that day when we had time before the event. This was a big deal, even if it wasn't, & just a bi weekly, it would be the same, really bad c/s & promising me nails net time, and charging me full price, did not fix that day. I do not understand even, A manager ? Owner? Well, Getting to me, I needed a trim my front hair bc it was way past my eyes. My sweetie does the talking & told him to cut it shorter around the ears, straight line in back, & cut the top a little past the eyebrows but not past the eye bottom. I can still have it fall that way, or push it back in a hat, or small ponytail. He said Okay i gotcha, cool. she figured it was cool, & simple enough, then left to look at polishes, and....WELL, I have a Crew cut. Army style & I have no hair left, even today, nothing to brush. There is, no hair, on my head. Anyway I HAD to write, bc i live across the street & would love to go there every 2 weeks, its nice inside & convenient, a but more than we paid in Boca but it's right there!!! .If the other guy had done her nails for Such a impt event, & even today, we paid enough between both, we would have been thrilled surely, but to say next time......and then not contact us, nothing, I cannot say much. I'm wondering what they will say to us, and how this will be or want to be resolved. Thanks for reading !!
