I had an oil painting that needed an appraisal The painting appeared to be an original Carlo Mancini I sent Richard a couple of pictures including picture of the signature Richard did a quick review and informed me the signature did not match his signature reference bluebook. He said he could appraise it if I brought the painting in but could not authenticate it since the signature did not match the blue book. He did all this over the phone.
