I have utilized for tax preparation for years, When the gentleman acquired this company last year is when I stopped after 4 years of this office preparing my taxes. DO NOT USE. He will not stand by the tax preparations prior to him taking over the business, he definitely wants all the previous clients but if there is an error with the preparations, He wants more money to fix. He has no phone etiquette , unprofessional. I have asked several times not to contact me I will never use again , and I guess they don't remember they keep calling, My friend he actually blocked their number.
